Spencer was born and raised in North Scottsdale into a real estate family. His grandfather founded a Building Corporation in 1972, building restaurants and custom homes across Arizona for almost 50 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Arizona State University and began his career after moving to Washington DC. Upon moving back to his home town, he took on a new role in private wealth management. As an analyst at a hedge fund in Paradise Valley, he advised high-net-worth clients on how assets fit into a larger financial picture. He worked in various roles in finance for almost a decade. He brings the same discipline, drive and commitment to his clients to real estate, representing buyers and sellers in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley — the neighborhoods he grew up in. Outside of work, Spencer spends his free time with his wife and two dogs.
