He believes providing education on the market for his clients is the best advantage they can have. Joel is originally from Toronto, Canada, where he sold real estate for over six years. Joel’s team was consistently ranked in the top 1% of overall Canadian Realtors. Prior to starting in real estate, Joel had a career in finance, working in the public sector. He also helped start-up technology companies grow their businesses, but his enthusiasm for real estate made him pursue it full-time. Joel has been involved in a vast variety of real estate transactions, from apartment leases to million-dollar listings. Joel’s favorite part of being an agent is finding the solution for all his clients’ real estate needs. When Joel isn’t helping his clients he enjoys traveling with his wife, going to church and watching basketball. Joel is fortunate to call Scottsdale, Arizona home.
