Dan started as a real estate agent in 2004 running a buyers agent team. His experience walking thousands of homes with buyers listening to their wants and needs has been incredibly helpful in guiding him to design homes that are both beautiful and functional.

Dan began remodeling homes in 2011 and has been the owner investor in over 100 remodels and new builds since. Each one teaching him a bit more about the process and what makes a great home. In 2016, Dan started a new construction business, Yonker Construction, building luxury spec homes and offering build-to-suit options.
