Anastasia's route to real estate ran through risk analysis, a discipline she studied at Arizona State University, where she received her bachelor's degree summa cum laude. Born in Russia and raised in the States from age five, she grew up bilingual and remains fluent in Russian. She has since lived in five states, traveled to more than thirty countries, and spent the last decade in Scottsdale, which remains her favorite of them all.

Her education left her with a particularly analytical habit of mind. She approaches each transaction as a professional relationship first: understanding what a client is trying to accomplish, communicating clearly at every stage, and handling the process with the discretion it deserves. She is detail-oriented, direct, responsive when timing matters, and steady through the parts of a deal that test people's patience. Her aim is a relationship that outlasts the closing.

When she is not working, she is at home in Scottsdale with her husband and their two sons: a Yorkshire terrier and a Golden retriever.
